The honest notes

  • This is arithmetic on your numbers, not a promise. How many customers move to ordering from you directly depends on your customers, and on you telling them.
  • Card processing still applies. On your own website and phone orders, your payment provider (Stripe, Clover or Square) charges its normal card fee. Check whether your delivery app's commission already includes card processing, so you compare like with like.
  • Delivery is a cost of its own. If the app also delivers for you, orders that move to your own site need your own delivery: your drivers, or a courier service you pay per delivery. Pickup orders have no such cost.
  • Orders placed through the apps keep their commission. Zero commission applies to your own website and phone orders.
  • Our price is flat. We charge one monthly price per location, never a percentage, so it does not grow with your orders.
