What we collect

  • When you book a demo: your name, email, phone number (optional), restaurant name, number of locations, POS system and your message.
  • To stop abuse of the demo form: a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, kept with your request so we can limit repeated submissions. We do not store the address itself.
  • When you visit: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and operations. [CONFIRM LOG RETENTION WITH HOSTING PROVIDER]
  • The savings calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us.

How long we keep it
